Hi, I'm Hali
I'm Hali Ielfield. I spent a year as a venue coordinator at Monserate Winery, an award-winning Tuscan-inspired estate in Fallbrook, California, guiding couples from their first walkthrough to the last dance. Every wedding I've been a part of has taught me something new about the beauty of love and the power of intentional celebration.
I founded Hali Lynea Events because I believe every couple deserves a planner who treats their wedding as if it were her own. I'm known for being responsive, creative, detail-obsessed, and above all, genuinely invested in making your day absolutely perfect.

We had our wedding at Villa de Fiore at Monserate Winery this March, and it was truly a dream from start to finish. From the moment we toured the property, we knew it was special. The winery is serene, spacious, and beautifully maintained, and every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. We visited in May 2025 and knew that day this was where we wanted to get married. Dates fill up quickly (especially the Tuscan Estate), so I highly recommend booking a tour as early as possible. When we visited, there was only one Saturday left in 2026, and we secured it on the spot before leaving...that’s how confident we felt! Our venue coordinator, Hali, was absolutely incredible! Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming at first, but she and the team made the entire process feel seamless. They provide a thoughtfully curated list of preferred vendors near the Fallbrook area and guide you through every step along the way. Honestly, you don’t need much beyond what the venue already offers...food, bar, linens, tables, utensils, and a range of elevated add-ons. The space itself is so beautiful it does most of the work for you. Every corner feels pristine and intentional, and both the bridal and groom suites are very well-designed. Every touchpoint, from the menu tasting to our final meeting, was organized with so much care. By the time our wedding day arrived, we felt completely supported. Hali went above and beyond in every way! She was there from the very beginning of the day, always one step ahead, whether it was bringing us drinks, fixing my dress, or making sure our bridal party was taken care of. Hali was in charge of my wedding this year and she made my life so easy. Of course the venue is stunning but it made me feel so much better knowing a person actually cared about me, my now husband, and my wedding day. We got married at Monserate this past December and could not rave about it more! The property is stunning, the food and drinks were amazing, the bridal suite was dreamy, and we felt so taken care of from our first venue tour. Working with our venue coordinator, Hali, was truly such a gift. She made us feel so confident about our big day, thought of every little thing, and was a calm and positive presence throughout a time that can easily get stressful. She checked in frequently with updates and timelines to ensure everything was taken care of, and was responsive and so helpful the week of when we thought we might have to pivot due to rain. This allowed us to go into our wedding weekend feeling nothing but pure excitement, and the day went off without a single hitch. I was even surprised at how many of our guests commented on how professional and delightful she and her team were to work with. We've watched our wedding video and looked at pictures countless times already, just trying to relive every second of such a perfect day. Thank you Hali for everything!!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding experience! From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was something special—but Hali and the rest of the Monserate staff truly made it unforgettable. We were first working with Stephanie (who is absolutely amazing!!) but things changed and Hali stepped in during the final month or so before the wedding on very short notice and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Despite jumping in late, she was incredibly organized, responsive, and quickly got up to speed on every detail of our day. Her calm, professional presence made the last month of planning completely stress-free, and on the wedding day everything ran seamlessly. The venue itself is stunning and well maintained, with thoughtful and genuine staff who made our guests feel comfortable and impressed during our wedding. Hali and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life and our guests were cared for, handling every detail with our planner from Sweet Blossom (Jess) so we could simply enjoy the moment. Our wedding at Monserate Winery was such a dream! We had our wedding at the Tuscan lawn and Estate, and our wedding coordinator Hali made sure everything ran so smoothly. She was extremely thorough throughout the entire planning process and sent us email updates and gentle reminders leading up to our wedding day. Hali went above and beyond to make sure we had the food and sides we wanted served on our wedding day, which our guests enjoyed! On our wedding day, it was sprinkling where our outdoor ceremony was being held and Hali made sure umbrellas were provided to guests and covering most of the courtyard where our cocktail hour took place. Hali even intercepted my veil from getting caught in a bush as I walked down the stairs to the aisle, and no one even noticed! My husband and I are so grateful for our experience at Monserate Winery and could not imagine a better wedding coordinator to have worked with. Thank you for everything, Hali!

We just had the most wonderful wedding at Monserate Winery. Our assigned venue coordinator, Hali, was AMAZING. She did a wonderful job helping plan the day and making our vision come to life on the big day. She also made it her mission to make the experience personal and went above and beyond what we had expected. We are so grateful for you Hali!! Monserates pricing was bit high but, every detail of our day was carried out flawlessly and made it worth every penny. The food was amazing the bar made great drinks the venue was set exactly how envisioned the suites made our groups comfortable while getting ready and THE STAFF was truly amazing. Also shout out to Rex for running the evening as smooth as he did. When it was our coordinators time to head out Rex was there the rest of night to help us out. Our wedding at Villa De Fiore was truly magical. The property is absolutely stunning. Every guest commented on how beautiful it was. The getting-ready suites are the most gorgeous and comfortable spaces I’ve ever seen, and the food was incredible!! We also had an amazing experience with the venue coordinators. We initially worked with Samantha, who was so kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. She even did an extra walk-through with my parents who live out-of-town and always made us feel welcomed during onsite meetings. Even after going on leave, she still checked in and made herself available for our rehearsal and the wedding day to ensure everything went seamlessly. During the latter part of planning and on the day itself, we worked with Hali, who was an absolute delight. She had incredible energy, checked on us constantly, and anticipated every need. What an incredible place to have a wedding! My husband and I got married last week at Monserate Winery, specifically the Villa de Fiore side, and wow this place did not disappoint. The venue itself was absolutely stunning, but what made it even more special was all of the staff we encountered. Hali Ielfield, an absolute angel, was our coordinator for our wedding and we are so lucky to have had her through this once in a lifetime experience. She was so helpful, quick to respond, creative, respectful, and so sweet. She truly made our experience perfect. We will always look back at our wedding day with joy and we could not recommend it enough. We would also love to mention Carissa Legg, Samantha Cordera, and Tristian Bonilla. Carissa was a wonderful lady who gave us the original tour through the venue and she was so sweet. Samantha was one of our coordinators that we met through the process before we met Hali and Samantha was also so sweet. Tristian helped us plan our rehearsal lunch at the Monserate Winery public restaurant and he was so knowledgeable and passionate! We also would like to say a special thank you to all of the amazing bartenders who worked the open bar at our wedding - so many guests mentioned how much they loved the bartenders. We are sooooo happy with everything and wish we could do it all again!! What an incredible place and team of people!

What really made Monserate so amazing was the fabulous staff who work there. We had the pleasure of working alongside Hali, and she was so amazing. She was so approachable and really helped with all the little questions I had about the venue. Such a sweet person and really went above and beyond for our wedding, so thank you, Hali!

We were at their Villa de Fiore venue and I can't speak of it highly enough - the bridal suite is HUGE and so comfortable, and the groom's suite (though smaller) is also stunning. Being able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception back to back in the same spot was so convenient, not to mention the stunning location. Everyone we worked with at Monserate was so amazing, professional and helpful. Hali has such an eye for detail and puts on such amazing events! I was lucky enough to attend 2 of her happy hours through Barsys and there was no detail too small!
